The engine could not finish the assessment, or its queue was full (or, from GET /v1/capabilities, is unreachable).

If the body has an id and billing, it is finalized and not charged: retry with a new key after a short delay. Otherwise retry the same key.

This response is finalized under its idempotency key. Use a new key only for a new corrected request.

Keep the X-Request-Id when contacting support. Never share your API key, token, private text or recordings in a public issue.
